Update :)

It has been 2 months that I have been here in Romania! Things are going well! My Romanian is getting a little better! I can understand more when I am in the stores and when I with other Romanians. Though it took longer that expected I am finally starting to feel settled here. My routine changes weekly, which can be frustrating at times, but I am reminded daily that God in control and there are reasons for the changes and being flexible.

I am getting more connected at Betel. I starting going to the college/post college Sunday school class last week and meet some sweet people there! They were very sweet to translate the lesson for me! And even to translate the main service for me as well! I will be going back this weekend but I am a little nervous going back on my own! But it will all work! There youth group starts back meeting this coming Tuesday as well, I am excited to check that out as well!

I have also gotten involved with DeClar, which a small organization that offers English lessons and conversation clubs once a month. They also have conversation groups that meet once a week for ten weeks at a time. The focus of the groups are the get the students practicing English. They have asked for volunteers to host the next round of groups, so I will be! So I am looking forward for that to start in a couple of weeks!

At the end of January I will be going to Budapest for a week to help at the GEM leadership meeting. I am looking forward to meeting more of the Leadership team and hear about what God is doing in other parts of Europe.
