Lost in Translation: 2nd Day of Christmas

Dec 26th is another holiday here is Romania.. It is known as the 2nd day of Christmas. So we host a lunch for international students here in Timisoara that did not go home for the holidays. About 30 people came for lunch. We had Indian Curry, salad's, Romanian food and even queso and salsa! It was great to share in new tradition and learn about new cultures. These students come when they are 17 or 18 for Med school and will stay in Romania for 5 or 6 years while they finish school. Vox (which is a church here) does an amazing job reaching out to the students and ministering to them! Christmas this year was different but good. It was great to experience some many different cultures!
