As most of you know I have been on a gluten free diet ( not by choice) for almost 2 years... Coming here I knew it would be tough but I guess I didn't realize how difficult it would be!! I figured I would be able to find a few gluten free items, but no not yet anyways!
So I have making do the best I can ( I have cheated a few times with pizza). For the most part I will cook for myself. When I am out I will try and find something with the least amount of wheat. And if someone is cooking for me I just eat what they give me! And for the most part I haven't had any of my normal reactions to wheat like I did at home, though I think they have changed to new reactions. I have also figured out that I have to stay away from Milk! It doesn't agree at all with my stomach!
